At Allyv, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping process below. We use Shiprocket to fulfill our order deliveries.
Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat fee of ₹100
• Additional Charges: Handling or convenience fees may apply for special requests
Delivery Information
• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address details are correct before confirming your order
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer
• Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information and courier details within 48 hours
• All orders are shipped via Shiprocket
• While we do our best to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transport delays, customs clearance, or bank processing issues) may occasionally affect delivery timelines
• Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after dispatch

• Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location
• Tracking details will be shared within 48 hours of dispatch so you can monitor your order’s journey
